The owners & the founders, the two brothers namely Ato Tadele Assefa and Ato Ashenafi Assefa had established this Company to commemorate their past up and down with the aim of providing quality and reliable management consultancy services and organizational capacity development training services that meet local and global clients who are working in Ethiopia in different economic sectors and to contribute their own share to the economic development of the country.
